All meals are freshly prepared and made to order. Please note that once an order is confirmed and cooking has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.
We kindly ask that all changes or cancellations be made within 10 minutes of placing your order. After this window, the order will be processed as final.

Due to the nature of our products (freshly made food), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been accepted and prepared.
If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong item delivered or missing item), please contact us immediately upon delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
